The machine can also slit the embossed paper into narrower rolls with shorter diameters, catering to various packaging needs. Operating at an impressive speed of 60 meters per minute, this machine ensures high productivity. Beyond embossing, it can laminate the embossed paper with a backing layer of kraft paper, resulting in a stiffer and more impact-resistant wrapping material. The adhesive used for lamination can be easily prepared with starch and sodium hydroxide, and we provide the recipe to our clients. The machine employs steam to heat and shape the 3D paper bubbles, ensuring they maintain their form permanently.
